بررسی تأثیر حکمرانی خوب شرکتی بر ارزش ‌افزودة اقتصادی شرکت‌های پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

چکیده

در متون اقتصادی و مدیریتی عوامل متعددی به‎عنوان عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد شرکت‎ها در دستیابی به سود معرفی شده است. از جملة ‌این عوامل می‎توان به متغیرهای حاکم در محیط درونی و بیرونی آنها اشاره کرد و از مهم‌ترین متغیرهای مربوط به محیط درونی شرکت‎ها ساختار، فرهنگ، منابع انسانی و مالی آنهاست. مقالة حاضر بر این فرض استوار است که عملکرد بد شرکت‎ها به‎دلیل ضعف مدیریتی و حکمرانی نامناسب شرکتی آنهاست. برای بررسی این موضوع 90 شرکت از شرکت‌های صنایع نه‌گانه که سهام آنها در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران پذیرفته شده است، به‎عنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شدند. تحقیق حاضر بر حسب هدف کاربردی و بر اساس شیوة گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی است. از ابزار پرسشنامه و بررسی اسناد و مدارک برای گردآوری داده‌ها و از تحلیل مسیر برای تحلیل یافته‌ها استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج، محیط درونی شرکت‎ها، حکمرانی خوب شرکتی و ارزش افزودة اقتصادی آنها همبستگی قوی‎ای با یکدیگر دارند و محیط درونی شرکت‌ها از طریق تقویت حکمرانی خوب شرکتی، ارزش افزودة اقتصادی را افزایش می‌دهد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract: Several factors have been identified in the literature of economic and management as factors affecting corporates’ performance in particular ability to access profit. among these factors that affect corporate’s performance are variables in both the corporate’s internal and external environment. The most important variables of Internal environment of corporates consists of structure, culture, human and financial resources. This paper is based on this premise that the bad performance of the corporates is due to weak management and bad corporate governance. For this study 90 companies of nine industries based of ISIC cod listed on Tehran stock exchange were selected as sample. Current study is applied study and based on data collecting is descriptive study. For collecting data is used of questionnaire and survey document. Finally for data analyzing was used of path analysis. Result of the path analysis, reveals that internal environment of organization, GCG, and EVA have significant positive and strength correlation and internal environment of companies increases EVA by reinforcement of GCG.
