We review, classify and analyze the studies in capital market (Tehran Stock Exchange). We want to classify different subjects that have been researched and then we prepare a database of thesis and articles that have been published. The period of our review is between 1370-1382 from 405 studies collected. These studies are classified in five groups that are finance, financial accounting, management accounting, auditing and other subjects. We show that nearly 57.1 percent of studies include finance, 14.3 percent financial accounting, 5.4 percent management accounting and 19 percent other subjects. Auditing, 4.2 percent
We also show that most frequent studies are information content of financial statements, decision making and financial reporting, predicting (of price, return and earnings) and market efficiency.
