بررسی اثر کیفی اجزای افشاء ریسک شرکتی بر عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی با توجه به متغیرهای تعدیل گر ریسکی بودن، شرایط رکود و تحلیل-گران نهادی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران
هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط بین کیفیت افشای ریسک شرکتی با عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی در شرایط ریسکیبودن شرکت، رکود و وجود تحلیلگران نهادی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش، 100 شرکت برای دورۀ زمانی پژوهش (1393-1388) بررسی شده است. فرضیههای پژوهش با استفاده از الگوی دادههای تصادفی آزمون شد و تجزیه و تحلیل افشای اطلاعات ریسک، از طریق تحلیل محتوایی از بخشهای مختلف گزارش هیئتمدیره صورت گرفت. رویۀ اجرای پژوهش بر اساس استانداردهایی است که لینسلی و شرایوز (2006) تدوین کردهاند. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد رابطۀ منفی و معناداری بین کیفیت افشای ریسک و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی (شکاف قیمت پیشنهادی خریدوفروش و سطح معاملات) وجود دارد. همچنین میزان ریسکی بودن شرکت با توجه به سطح فناوری و وجود تحلیلگران نهادی در حالت حجم معاملات، تأثیر معناداری بر ارتباط بین کیفیت افشای ریسک و عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی میگذارد؛ اما در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران افشای اطلاعات ریسکی در وضعیتهای مختلف اقتصادی تأثیر یکسانی بر عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی دارد.

تخصیص دارایی استوار بر اساس پیشبینیهای روشهای اقتصادسنجی (ARMA و GARCH) و فرض عدمقطعیت بازده و کواریانس
در این پژوهش، برای بهینهسازی مسئلۀ تخصیص دارایی، از رویکرد استوار با فرض عدم قطعیت پارامترهای بازده و کواریانس ـ واریانس داراییها استفاده شده است. چنانچه عدم قطعیت پارامترهای ورودی، در محاسبات مسائل بهینهسازی لحاظ نشود، میتواند به خارج شدن جوابها از منطقۀ بهینگی و حتی شدنی منجر شود. در طراحی و تعریف مجموعۀ عدم قطعیت بازده و کواریانس ـ واریانس داراییها، بهترتیب از مفاهیم برآورد فاصلهای و بوتاسترپ استفاده شده است. مبنای محاسبات مربوط به تعریف مجموعههای عدم قطعیت بر اساس پیشبینیهای حاصل از مدلهای اقتصادسنجی ARMA و GARCH است. بهمنظور اطمینان یافتن از برتری نتایج رویکرد استوار نسبت به رویکرد غیراستوار، شاخص شارپ پرتفوی استوار بهعنوان معیار ارزیابی عملکرد پرتفو، با شاخص شارپ پرتفوی غیراستوار، به کمک آزمون مقایسۀ جفتی طی 8 دورۀ متوالی سه ماهه قیاس شده است. نتایج آزمون نشان میدهد رویکرد استوار مدل مارکویتز نسبت به رویکرد غیراستوار، پرتفوی با شاخص شارپ بالاتر یا مساوی آن و در نتیجه پرتفو با عملکرد بهتری را تشکیل میدهد

تخمین ارزش در معرض ریسک (VaR) و ریزش مورد انتظار (ES) با استفاده از رویکرد ارزش فرین شرطی در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران
این مقاله به برآورد ارزش در معرض ریسک و ریزش مورد انتظار با توجه به روشهای نوین با تأکید بر رویکرد ارزش فرین شرطی و مقایسۀ آنها با عملکرد رویکردهای پارامتریک میپردازد. روشهای معرفیشدۀ محاسبۀ ریسک بازار برای شاخص کل بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دورۀ 1387 تا 1395 انجام شده است. بهعلاوه، برای بررسی و مقایسۀ الگوها از روشهای پسآزمایی VaR مانند آزمونهای استقلال تخطیها و پوشش برنولی و روشهای پسآزمایی ES همچون آزمون مکنیل و فری و آزمون رتبهبندی MCS استفاده میشود. نتایج پسآزمایی بهدستآمده در این مقاله حاکی از برتری محاسبۀ VaR برگرفته از تئوری ارزش فرین شرطی در مقایسه با سایر مدلهای رقیب، از قبیل مدل ارزش فرین غیرشرطی، نرمال ایستا (روش واریانس ـ کواریانس) و نرمال شرطی (مدل گارچ) است. همچنین نتایج تابع MCS برای معیار ES نشان داد رویکردهای ارزش فرین شرطی با فرض پسماندهای استانداردشدۀ تی. استیودنت، ارزش فرین شرطی با فرض پسماندهای استانداردشدۀ نرمال و مدل GARCH با فرض پسماندهای تی. استیودنت بهترتیب در رتبههای اول تا سوم قرار میگیرند

محاسبۀ فاصلۀ اطمینان و ارزیابی دقت ارزش در معرض خطر محاسبهشده با مدل مارکف سوئیچینگ گارچ در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران
ارزش در معرض خطر از جمله محبوبترین سنجههای ریسک است که با توجه به وابستگی مقدار آن به نوسانات بازدهی و عدم قطعیت مدلهای پیشبینی نوسانات و خطای موجود در تخمین پارامترهای آن، ممکن است که تخمین این معیار از ریسک، همواره در معرض خطا قرار داشته باشد. این در حالی است که گستردگی استفاده از این معیار، موجب شده صحت برآورد و تخمین آن همواره یکی از دغدغههای اصلی سرمایهگذاران باشد. از این رو با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، مطالعۀ حاضر به مقایسۀ دقت مدلهای مارکف سوئیچینگ گارچ و گارچ در محاسبۀ ارزش در معرض خطر شاخص کل بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، با ساختن فاصلۀ اطمینان بوت استرپی برای ارزش در معرض خطر، میپردازد و تأثیر امکان چرخش یا انتقال بین دو رژیم کم نوسان و پرنوسان را بر دقت تخمین ارزش در معرض خطر مورد آزمون قرار میدهد. نتایج نشان میدهد مدل مارکف سوئیچینگ گارچ به تخمین ارزش در معرض خطر محتاطانهتری نسبت به مدل گارچ در بورس تهران منجر میشود و برای سرمایهگذاران ریسک گریز مناسبتر است.

مدل مارکویتز یکی از شناختهشدهترین مدلهای انتخاب سبد سرمایهگذاری است. در این پژوهش مدل توسعهیافتۀ میانگین ـ نیم واریانس مارکویتز در قالب یک مدل برنامهریزی غیرخطی چندهدفۀ عدد صحیح آمیخته با محدودیتهای کاردینال، حد آستانه، بخش سرمایهگذاری، آنتروپی و نیز با در نظر گرفتن هزینۀ معاملاتی پیشنهاد شده است. مدل مسئله دارای ساختاری آمیختاری است. از این رو با توجه به ویژگی NP-hard مسئله، الگوریتم فراابتکاری جستوجوی هارمونی با رویکرد پارتو برای حل مدل بهکار گرفته شده است. برای بررسی کاربردپذیری مدل پیشنهادی در مسئلۀ بهینهسازی سبد سهام، با استفاده از اطلاعات قیمت ده سهم پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار در محدوده زمانی فروردین 1390 تا دی ماه 1394، مرز کارای سرمایهگذاری بهدست آمد. برونداد مدل نشاندهندۀ کارایی الگوریتم جستوجوی هارمونی در بهینهسازی مدل پژوهش است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان میدهد مدل پیشنهادی توانسته است شرایط انتخاب سبد سرمایهگذاری را به خوبی در نظر بگیرد و یک سبد بهینۀ سرمایهگذاری را تعیین کند

پیشبینی سریهای زمانی مالی با استفاده از روش هالت ـ وینترز چندگام جلوتر
تاکنون روشهای مختلفی برای پیشبینی قیمت کالاها و سودهای سهام بهکار رفته است. با توجه به نوسانات دنیای مالی مهمترین نکته این است که کدامیک از روشهای پیشبینی میتواند در اعمال تصمیم بهینه به مدیران و تصمیمگیرندگان بخشهای اقتصادی و بازرگانی کمک کند. در اغلب مطالعات صورت گرفته تا کنون، برای پیشبینی سریهای زمانی از روشهای خودرگرسیون موسوم به باکس ـ جنکینز برای پیشبینی سریهای زمانی استفاده شده است؛ در حالی که سریهای زمانی بسیاری با تغییرات فصلی یا سیکلی وجود دارند که نمیتوانند بهوسیلۀ یک چندجملهای بهطور مناسب مدل شوند. در این تحقیق از روش هالت ـ وینترز برای پیشبینی سری زمانی نامانای دادههای سود کسب شده از فروش یک محصول واسطه استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که روش پیشنهادی در مقایسه با روشهای کلاسیک و روش S فیلتر شده، کارایی بیشتری در پیشبینی مقادیر آینده از خود نشان میدهد

رفتار تودهواری در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران براساس ریزساختار بازار (مطالعة موردی: شرکت مخابرات)
این تحقیق در نظر دارد برای تبیین تودهواری در بازار سرمایة ایران، نوعی الگوی رفتاری بر مبنای مدلهای ریزساختار ارائه دهد. پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از این رویکرد، رفتار تودهوار را بر مبنای مدل سیپریانی و گوارینو (2014) با استفاده از دادههای معاملاتی بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دورة زمانی یکساله (235 روز معاملاتی) و بهصورت روزانه و لحظه به لحظه مطالعه میکند. در این مدل مقدار بار اطلاعاتی سیگنال بهعنوان یک پارامتر به مدلهای ریزساختار اضافه شده است. به بیان دیگر، برای سیگنالهای خوب یا بد اطلاعاتی، یک ارزش اطلاعاتی با ارزش اقتضایی شایان توجه در نظر گرفته شده است. بدین منظور، اطلاعات سهام شرکت مخابرات در سال 1392 بهعنوان نمونة آماری انتخاب شد. نتایج نشان داد رفتار تودهواری برای سهام اخابر، در تمام روزهای معاملاتی وجود داشته است. همچنین، این تودهواری برای معاملات فروش بیشتر از معاملات خرید است. از نتایج دیگر این که رفتار تودهواری فروش در زمان آغازین معاملاتی بیشتر از سایر زمانها است

میزان مالیات شرکت، نشاندهندۀ وجوهی است که از شرکت خارج میشود و در اختیار دولت قرار میگیرد؛ وجوهی که میتوانند در پروژههای سرمایهگذاری مصرف شده و به ارزشآفرینی برای شرکت منجر شوند. بنابراین شرکتها همواره در تلاشاند با بهکارگیری سیاستهای مالیاتی مختلف، برای کاهش وجوه نقد خروجی اقدام کنند. این پژوهش بهدنبال ارائه و آزمایش مدلی برای پیشبینی سیاست مالیاتی شرکتهای عضو بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. برای این منظور 85 شرکت عضو بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بهعنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. آزمونهای آماری از طریق مدل معادلات ساختاری و با بهکارگیری نرمافزار Smart PLS صورت پذیرفت. برای سنجش عوامل فرهنگی از دو متغیر مذهبگرایی و اعتماد به دولت استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج بهدستآمده، عوامل فرهنگی از طریق متغیر میانجی عملکرد مالی بر چگونگی تدوین سیاست مالیاتی شرکت اثرگذارند. البته عوامل فرهنگی بدون حضور متغیر میانجی عملکرد مالی تأثیر معناداری بر سیاست مالیاتی شرکت ندارد. همچنین سایر نتایج نشان میدهد حضور مالکان دولتی و سهامداران نهادی، به تغییر سیاستهای مالیاتی شرکت منجر شده است

بررسی تأثیر روابط وامدهی بر هزینههای مبادلهای اعطای وام (مطالعة موردی: شعب بانکهای ایرانی در تهران)
این پژوهش نخست به تشریح هزینههای مبادلة تحمیلشده به مؤسسات اعتباری (هزینة مبادلة وامدهی، هزینة هماهنگی) و عوامل مؤثر بر آنها از منظر مدل سنتی اقتصاد هزینة مبادله (مدل ویلیامسون) میپردازد؛ سپس با معرفی «روابط وامدهی» بهعنوان متغیری که مبین کاهش عدم تقارن اطلاعاتی بین مؤسسۀ اعتباری و وامگیرنده است، اثر این متغیر را با استفاده از مدل پروبیت ترتیبی چند ارزشی بر مدل ویلیامسون بررسی میکند. مؤسسات اعتباری مورد بررسی در این پژوهش، نمونة تصادفی از شعب مختلف بانکهای موجود در شهر تهران است که از بانک مرکزی تا تاریخ فروردین 1391 مجوز دارند. نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد با ورود متغیر «روابط وامدهی» اثر نهایی متغیرهای «سرمایهگذاری در داراییهای خاص»، «خاص بودن وثیقهها»، «درجة عدم اطمینان برای مؤسسة اعتباری» و «سختی در اندازهگیری عملکرد کارکنان» در مدل بر متغیر هزینة مبادلة وامدهی (هزینة هماهنگی)، کاهش مییابد.
