This model is nevertheless highly dependent on past values, has high fluctuations, and shows nonlinear motion patterns which have been repeatedly neglected. Methods: In this study, the "Harvey Logistic" Growth Models, Harvey and the addition of nonlinear components based on the Taylor series expansion for trigonometric functions were studied to compare the accuracy and prediction of these models based on prediction criteria and its results with the nonlinear autoregressive neuronal network. Daily data of fluctuations from 1393 until 1395 of the total stock index, which was divided into two categories, were used as the sample pool in this study. Results: The results of the unit root tests such as Dickey-Fuller and BDS test show that the data is stationary and has a nonlinear property. In the estimation stage, the goodness of fit for the Logistic and Harvey models show that both models have a high root mean square error and low coefficient of determination for the four data types. By adding the nonlinear parts to the Harvey model, a good fit was obtained for the stock index with a coefficient of determination of about 99.8 percent and minimum root mean square error, even when compared with the nonlinear autoregressive neural network. Conclusion: The results of the research show that combining the Harvey model with the nonlinear component could be considered as one of the models which predict the Tehran Stock Exchange index better than the other models.   }, keywords = {Logistic harvey,Harvey,Modified harvey,Nonlinear autoregressive neural networks}, title_fa = {مقایسه مدل‌های‌ رشد لجستیکی با مدل‌های رقیب در پیش‌بینی شاخص کل بورس اوراق بهادار تهران}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف اصلی این مطالعه مقایسه مدل‌های رشد لجستیکی هاروی، هاروی، شبکه عصبی غیرخطی اتورگرسیو و طراحی و یافتن مدلی بهینه با دقت پیش‌بینی بهتر برای داده‌های شاخص کل بورس تهران است که این مدل وابستگی زیادی به مقادیر گذشته خود دارد، پرنوسان است و روند حرکتی غیرخطی دارد که تاکنون مغفول مانده است. روش: در این پژوهش با به‌کارگیری مدل‌های رشد «لجستیک هاروی» و «هاروی» و افزودن جزء غیرخطی بر اساس بسط سری تیلور توابع مثلثاتی روی داده‌های روزانه مربوط به سال‌های 1393 تا 1395، نوسان‎های شاخص کل بورس به چهار گروه دسته‌بندی شدند و ضمن مشخص‎شدن کارآمدی این مدل‌ها بر اساس معیارهای پیش‌بینی، نتایج آن با شبکه عصبی غیرخطی اتورگرسیو ارزیابی و مقایسه شد. یافته‌ها: نتیجۀ آزمون‌های ریشه واحد دیکی فولر و BDS بیان‎کننده این است که داده‌ها مانا هستند و رفتار غیرخطی دارند. در مرحله برآورد، از آنجا که مدل‌های لجستیک ‌هاروی و هاروی ریشه میانگین مربعات خطای بالا و ضریب تعیین کم داشتند، خوبی برازش آنها در هر چهار نوع داده تأیید نشد. با افزودن جزء غیرخطی به مدل هاروی برازش بسیار مناسبی از شاخص کل بورس با ضریب تعیین حداقل 8/99درصد و حداقل ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا ب‌‎دست آمد که حتی در مقایسه با شبکه عصبی غیرخطی اتورگرسیو بهتر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ترکیب مدل هاروی با جزء غیرخطی، در مقایسه با دو مدل رشد لجستیکی هاروی و شبکه عصبی غیرخطی اتورگرسیو، شاخص کل بورس تهران را بهتر پیش‌بینی می‌کند.}, keywords_fa = {Logistic harvey,Harvey,Modified harvey,Nonlinear autoregressive neural networks}, url = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_72751.html}, eprint = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_72751_47e1374739d594e1b90e62cf838dd82a.pdf} }
