In the standard CAPM model, a) the beta coefficient is fixed and b) the relationship between stock returns and market returns is assumed to be linear. While in financial markets, it is possible that the beta coefficient varies over time by changing the cost-benefit analysis on returns and risks, and also in a nonlinear environment, the beta coefficient estimate will be linearly inappropriate and oblique. Therefore, it seems necessary to use other models in estimating expected return. Methods: In this study, in addition to the standard CAPM model, the threshold regression and kernel regression models were used to estimate the CAPM model. Considering that the basis of each of these models is based on different assumptions; therefore, this research has tried to use a genetic algorithm in the time period from 2008 to 2017 to propose a hybrid model in order to estimate the expected return. Results: Expected return was calculated using standard CAPM, threshold regression, kernel regression and the hybrid model of these three models, and the results were compared with the realized returns. The mean square error (MSE) index was used to measure the predictive power of research models. Using the paired t-test on the mean square error, the research models were compared with each other. Conclusion: The results show that applying the hybrid model increases the predictive power of realized return compared to other research models.}, keywords = {: Genetic Algorithm,Hybrid Model,Local Kernel Regression,Standard Capital Asset Pricing Model,Threshold Regression}, title_fa = {ارائه مدل ترکیبی برآورد بازده مورد انتظار با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک}, abstract_fa = {هدف: از مدل‎های پرکاربرد در برآورد نرخ بازده مورد انتظار، مدل قیمت‎گذاری دارایی سرمایه‎ای است. در مدل قیمت‎گذاری دارایی سرمایه‎ای استاندارد، ضریب بتا ثابت و رابطه بین بازده سهام و بازده بازار خطی فرض می‎شود، در حالی ‎که در بازارهای مالی این امکان وجود دارد که با تغییر هزینه ـ منفعت سرمایه‌گذاران در خصوص بازده و ریسک، ضریب بتا نسبت به زمان متغیر شده و همچنین در محیط غیرخطی، تخمین ضریب بتا به‎صورت خطی ناسازگار و  با اریب همراه شود. بنابراین استفاده از مدل‎های دیگر در برآورد بازده موردانتظار ضروری به نظر می‎رسد. روش: در این پژوهش علاوه‎بر مدل قیمت‎گذاری دارایی سرمایه‎ای استاندارد، از مدل‎های رگرسیون آستانه‎ای و رگرسیون کرنل به‎منظور برآورد مدل قیمت‎گذاری دارایی سرمایه‎ای استفاده شده است. با توجه به اینکه اساس هر یک از مدل‎های یادشده را مفروضات متفاوتی شکل می‎دهد، در این پژوهش تلاش شده است که با استفاده از الگوریتم ژنتیک و در بازه زمانی 1387 تا 1396 به ارائه مدل ترکیبی به‎منظور برآورد بازده مورد انتظار پرداخته شود. یافته‎ها: بازده مورد انتظار از طریق مدلهای قیمتگذاری دارایی سرمایهای استاندارد، آستانهای، رگرسیون کرنل موضعی و ترکیب هر سه مدل مذکور، برآورد شده و نتایج آن با بازده تحققیافته مقایسه شدند. از شاخص میانگین مجذور خطا برای سنجش قدرت پیش‌بینی مدلهای تحقیق استفاده شده است. همچنین، به‎کمک آزمون مقایسه زوجی روی شاخص میانگین مجذور خطا مدلهای تحقیق با یکدیگر مقایسه شدهاند. نتیجه‎گیری: نتایج نشان می‎دهد که در نظر گرفتن مدل ترکیبی موجب شده است قدرت پیش‎بینی بازده تحقق‎یافته در مقایسه با سایر مدل‌های تحقیق افزایش یابد.  }, keywords_fa = {: Genetic Algorithm,Hybrid Model,Local Kernel Regression,Standard Capital Asset Pricing Model,Threshold Regression}, url = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_71567.html}, eprint = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_71567_56283bcda7539e9b1affc7c4ae0f7d8e.pdf} }
