Methods: The dependent variable in this study is the ratio of cash assets and short-term investments on current deposits and short-term bank debts. While the independent variables include the limitation on non-banking financial activities and banks' commercial activities such as insurance, stock and real state and also investment in non-banking firms.. The effects of macroeconomic and industry-specific variables are also studied. Due to the changeable nature of the variables, dynamic analysis of panel data and the GMM method are used for data analysis. Results: The results showed that there is asignificantly positive relationship between commerce-finance-banking restrictions and banking liquidity. However, there is no significant relationship between regulation of capital market, insurance market and real state market and banking liquidity respectively.   Conclusion: The results of the present research showed that the more strict regulation of the non-bank financial activities, the more significantly positive effect on the liquidity situation of the banks. Besides, more stringent regulatory structure regarding banks commerce activities has a positive and significant relationship with liquidity.      }, keywords = {Non-Banking activities restrictions,Non-banking financial activities,Commerce activities,liquidity,GMM}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر مقررات حاکم بر فعالیت‎های مالی غیربانکی و بنگاه‎داری بانک‎ها بر نقدینگی آنها در کشورهای در حال توسعه}, abstract_fa = {هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر محدودیت فعالیت‎های غیر‎بانکی و بنگاه‎داری بانک‎ها بر وضعیت نقدینگی صنعت بانکداری در 107 کشور در حال توسعه در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2012 است. روش: متغیر وابسته پژوهش نسبت دارایی‎های نقد و سرمایه‎گذاری‎های کوتاه‎مدت بر سپرده‎های دیداری و بدهی‎های کوتاه‎مدت بانک‎هاست. متغیرهای مستقل عبارت‎اند از: محدودیت فعالیت‎های مالی غیربانکی و بنگاه‎داری بانک‎ها شامل فعالیت در زمینه بیمه، بورس، املاک و مستغلات و سرمایه‎گذاری در شرکت‎های غیرمالی (بنگاه‎داری). علاوه بر این، در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی و خاص ـ صنعت کنترل می‎شود. با توجه به نامانایی متغیرها در سطح و مانایی در تفاضل اول و وجود هم‎انباشتگی بین متغیرهای پژوهش، می‌توان از تحلیل پویای داده‎های تابلویی و روش GMM برای تحلیل داده‎ها استفاده کرد. یافته‎ها: بر اساس یافته‎ها، به‎طور کلی بین میزان سخت‎گیری مقررات منع فعالیت مالی غیربانکی و مقررات سهامداری شرکت‎های غیرمالی (بنگاه‎داری) با نقدینگی بانک‎ها، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد؛ اما بین مقررات فعالیت در بازار سرمایه، فعالیت در بازار بیمه و فعالیت در بازار املاک و مستغلات به‎طور مجزا با نقدینگی بانک‎ها، رابطه معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتیجه‎گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‎دهد، سخت‎گیرانه‎تر شدن مقررات منع فعالیت‎های مالی غیربانکی (بورس، بیمه و املاک) به‎طور کلی تأثیر مثبت معناداری بر وضعیت نقدینگی بانک‎ها می‎گذارد. همچنین ساختار مقرراتی سخت‎گیرانه‎تر در خصوص فعالیت بنگاه‎داری بانک‎ها، ارتباط مثبت و معناداری با افزایش نقدینگی دارد.}, keywords_fa = {Non-Banking activities restrictions,Non-banking financial activities,Commerce activities,liquidity,GMM}, url = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_70021.html}, eprint = {https://jfr.ut.ac.ir/article_70021_d13fc86510f3db26079e086be3951533.pdf} }
